I am a teacher looking for summer employment as well as a second form of income in the evening when school is in session. Is one or both of these fields easy to break into? I have looked into training at community college so I know about that aspect of it. Please advise as to how I would advertise my services as well. Thanks

Question by valyncollin: Where should I apply for an online medical transcriptionist job? I have 20+ years experience and have not considered a new employer until now. MTSO’s are difficult to research. I’m looking for a position with more challenge, oh, and I abhor speech recognition. I am open to good suggestions, even from those not in the industry.

She got trained and then a friend of a friend got her into a doctors office. Once she had more experience she could shop herself around and often did the work from home, but it took her a while and a lot of rejection to get there.
